“…The critical success factors for Vienna’s new Campus WU restaurants revolve around the challenge of coping with vacation time (lecture-free periods). Currently, additional courses are offered at the university during the winter, Easter and summer breaks. Moreover, summer academies and similar programs should bring about more movement during recess. Food-related businesses must expect lower income per hour during vacations. Therefore, Campus WU’s other external target groups must be engaged all year-round so that they continue to visit its restaurants during vacation time. Students should also be encouraged to visit the Campus during their time off by means of attractive study areas and additional offerings….”
