The Virginia Tech University presents Dr. Laura P. Spinadel. The special pre-symposium workshop titled “Gameboard of Realization” will explore novel tools for negotiating and evaluating spatial qualities. Her workshop is intended to be part of the celebration of Women’s History Month in March by the International Archive of Women in Architecture Center IAWA, the College of Architecture and Urban Studies, and University Libraries.

In the course of the symposium, Spinadel will also attend on March 25, 2016 at 1 pm as a keynote speaker. Her topic will be “Playing from the Inside. Interactions and operational randomness. A new Chapter in Vienna’s Urban History: the Campus WU.” Her talk will also feature BUSarchitecktur, which has been working on issues affecting contemporary society since it was founded in 1986. BOA office for advanced randomness, has been developming cultural interactions since its establishment in 2003. Through their proposals, both companies develop realistic utopias that help value and redefine the inherited legacy in a conscientious and committed way.
