The organizational concept of the Vienna University of Economics and Business is focused on the creation of departments, which are further assembled into six larger building complexes distributed evenly across the campus. Each of these buildings houses complementary departments in programs ranging from International Business, Communications and Management to Finance and Economic Policy, while also providing special functions such as the libraries, lecture halls, and executive academy, and externally-run services such as the fitness center and kindergarten.
